Since 1993, ISHCMC has grown with the families, teachers, and students who have made Ho Chi Minh City home.
Generations have shaped how we teach, how we learn, and how we support one another. As one of Vietnam's first international schools and a full IB World School, we give every new generation something to build on.
Today, more than 60 nationalities learn together across our Early Explorers through Grade 12 community. Different languages, cultures, and perspectives are part of everyday school life.
And the community keeps moving forward. Families return with younger siblings. Students learn from those ahead of them. Teachers pass their experience on. Each generation adds something of its own.

Last week, our students across both campuses stepped away from their usual routines and made space for something just as important.
Global Be Well Day gave our students across both campuses a full day to move, explore, and take care of themselves. From swimming, dancing, boxing, combat, to frisbee and drum lessons, students were guided by professionals through a range of activities both indoors and outdoors.
Some tried something they`d never done before. All of them got to simply be together, beyond the classroom.
This is what well-being looks like at ISHCMC, a reminder of the habits worth building every day.

Tomorrow, our Primary Campus comes alive for Rhino Family Fun Night. And everything is ready to welcome you all.
30+ food and drink vendors including Soul Burger, Al Fresco`s, TukTuk, Ba Ba`s Kitchen, Homm Dessert, Cha Kobo Tea, and more. Up to 20 performances from our own students and special guests - dance, vocals, magic, and everything in between. Activities for every age, from chess club, arts and crafts, to basketball, wellbeing workshops, and beyond.

At ISHCMC, we help students understand the possibilities ahead of them, ask the questions that matter, and make their decisions with clarity and confidence.
Earlier this week, the HCMC Global University Fair brought more than 200 university representatives from 20 countries to ISHCMC.
Our students came ready. They asked questions. Explored possibilities. Made connections. And took an active role in shaping what comes next.
Thank you to our Future Pathways Counselors and every member of staff who helped make the fair such a purposeful experience for our students.

Last week, our Primary Campus came alive with color, music, and the joy of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
From singing and dancing to the energy of the lion dance, students, families, and educators came together to celebrate a tradition passed down through generations.
For an afternoon, our community paused together. To celebrate. To belong. And to carry something meaningful forward.

Across campus, students and teachers shared moments of movement, creativity, connection, and reflection. Different experiences. One day shaped around what helps each of us feel well.

Across all Cognita schools, today marks the 8th Global Be Well Day. And at ISHCMC, our students from both campuses are stepping away from their usual routines for a full day of physical activity, well-being workshops, and a shared reminder of what it means to take care of ourselves and each other.

The Terrazzo, our new Community Café at Primary Campus is officially open and ready to serve our community.
Last Friday, our Head of School, school leaders, and parents gathered at The Terrazzo for the grand opening. With coffee in hand, pastries on the table, there is the kind of warm morning energy that sets the tone for everything that follows.
From now on, parents, students, and staff are welcome to drop by for a fresh start to the day and a moment to connect with the people around you.
