Athletics & Aquatics

We believe children should be balanced. Participating in sports gives children the outlet they need to develop physically and teaches them important life lessons about teamwork, perseverance, risk-taking, ethics and sportsmanship. Our athletics and aquatics teams are recognized within Vietnam and overseas for their integrity, ability and sense of fair play.

Athletics

ISHCMC is a core member of the 15-school SISAC athletic conference which offers the opportunity for inter-school competition for 3 age groups (U11, U14, U19) in the following sports:

  • Volleyball
  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Badminton
  • Gymnastics
  • Track & Field
  • Cross Country

Aquatics

The ISHCMC Stingrays is the competitive swim team for students in Grades 1-12 with over 120 students who regularly compete locally and internationally including in Bangkok, Singapore and Hanoi. There are five different levels:

  • Silver Squad (Primary School Transitional Squad)
  • Gold Squad (Primary School Developmental Squad )
  • Platinum Squad (Secondary School Competitive Squad)
  • Titanium Squad (Secondary School Transitional Squad)
  • Chromium Squad (Secondary School Developmental Squad)
